Up to 350 guests $2000. (5 – hour show). small show

351-700 guests $3,500. (5 – hour show). medium show

701-1,050 quests $5,000. (5 – hour show). large show

1,051-1,400 quests $6,500. (5 – hour show). extra large show

Head count must be accurate & precise.

5 hrs. minimum.

All pricing negotiable within reason!

Cashiers check only deposit for 1/2 of show due upon booking.

No credit cards or debit cards accepted.

Must have playlist order & playlist emailed or texted 1 month prior to show.

15 songs per hour.

Due to high volume of bookings: initial contacts, negotiations & bookings are now only excepted 6 to 9 months prior to date of show.

Denver Area Pricing includes:

usually a 2-3 man operation,

depending on size of show.

2 hours to load van,

1 hour Travel,

5-7 hours unload & setup small-medium shows,

8-12 hours unload & setup larger shows,

5 hours show,

3-6 hours teardown,

1 hour travel back,

2 hours unload =

21 hours involved for small-medium shows

or 25-29 hours involved for larger shows 2-3 men).

you are looking at (2) 1 left side and 1 right side 55 inch LED TV screens

and (1) center 8 foot high by 10 foot wide overhead projection screen,

starting at 6 feet high going up to 15 feet high by 10 feet wide.

I need 16 foot high ceilings without a stage,

20 foot high ceilings with a stage to perform this particular show.
